Immanentize the Eschaton

Yes, THAT went well.  I haven’t posted in months.  Start over….

I started a new, permanent position in April, with a company I did contract work for last year.  I’ve been catching up on changes, researching CRM solutions, fixing bugs, writing specifications and requirements, etc.  I’m able to work from home 3-4 days a week, which is good; the office is 55 miles from my house.  Things have settled down now.

Went back to NY in June for a baptism.  My brother-in-law was the godfather.  We got there on a Saturday afternoon.  The baptism was Sunday; I was ready to come back Monday night.  I couldn’t leave, of course.  I WAS able to work from NY, so at least I didn’t lose any pay.
