My son-in-law has a bumper sticker with this slogan. What does this mean. It is not in the dictionary. Thank you, Faith

It means (roughly) “trying to create Heaven here on Earth.” I despise and distrust Utopian dreamers and schemers, and I am thus using the phrase sarcastically.
